Guidelines on Repositories and Creation and Management of Electronic Negotiable Warehouse Receipts

The Guidelines on Repositories and Creation and Management of Electronic Negotiable Warehouse Receipts seek to enable the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA) to establish a system for:

• Creation and management of electronic Negotiable Warehouse Receipts (e-NWRs) through registered Repositories.
• Enabling warehousemen to issue e-NWRs via the Repositories.
• Regulating the process of issuing, storage, and transfer of e-NWRs.
• Facilitating the creation and regulation of necessary intermediaries.

These guidelines play a crucial role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to standards in the e-NWR system.
